Ramon Iturbe owns the land being donated to Bajardin Ever Land. In this transition time he needs a little cash to move forward in a good way. 

Ramon owns a motorhome that needs about a thousand dollars of repairs to be functional and able to take to the land for an extended time - enabling a safe and secure spot for evaluating the land and walking/hiking/establishing the GEO Centric perimeters of Bajardin Ever Land.
